MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS
Aluminium die cast housing in EN AB-44100 (low copper content) with high resistance against corrosion. Stone wash surface treatment prior to painting process. Stainless steel Allen screws with insulating treatment against galvanic corrosion. Pre treated Silicone Gaskets. Painting Process : 3 Step Process
1) Surface treatment with BONDERITE. A heavy metal free chemical surface treatment containing ceramic nano particles giving a cohesive, inorganic and highly dense protective coating. 2) PRE POLYMERIZATION a process of introducing an epoxy primer with excellent characteristics to the paint which also offers very high resistance to oxidation due to its Zinc content. 3) POLYMERIZATION a process with the application of polyester powder with high resistance against UV rays and harsh weather conditions. LIGHTING PERFORMANCE
Possibility of changing the beam angle even once installed: the transition from a concentrated Spot 20° beam to a large Flood 40° beam, takes place smoothly and gradually, offering maximum comfort. The modification takes place through a manual rotation of the front bezel. Clear toughened glass 4 mm thick.

INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE
Thanks to its steel wire ropes and its multiple anchorage points, it allows customised configurations for every context. The anchoring can be done to the wall or ceiling using roses (for support or electrification) or, in the absence of anchoring surfaces, also via a support pole to be buried in the concrete or using a base with a counterweight container.
Pendant lighting system composed by: N° 4 Flower Zoom 60 Comfort (Requires constant voltage remote power supply 24Vdc) with 15m of aramid fiber reinforced electrical cable; N° 4 Braided steel rope coated in black PA12, length 15m; N° 01 Support or Electrification Ceiling Rose diam. 250mm, H 46mm made of painted aluminum, allows the fixing of the clamp and metal rope to the wall or the electrical cable; N°02 Support Pole diam. 76 mm Height 3500 mm. Requires N°02 mandatory accessories to be chosen from: 1) Base for Support diam 500mm and Counterweight Container 350mm, H 600mm To ensure stability in the absence of ground fixings, the container must hold two sandbags, each weighing 25 kg; 2) Flange to be buried in concrete Height 1600 mm (H 800 mm above ground).

WIRING

This luminaire contains built-in LED modules. In case of damage or malfunction please contact the manufacturer to receive additional instructions on how to replace and relative spare parts to order. The LED modules cannot be handled in the luminaire by the end user.
