MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS
Fixing base in extruded anodized EN AW-6060 aluminium housing (copper free) with high corrosion resistance. Transparent silicone end caps for LED circuit and aluminium EN AW-47100 (Minimal) or EN AW-6060 (Comfort) caps for the extruded parts.
Extra-resistant Painting Process:
Extra-resistant exterior coating. Product suitable for applications in high-humidity environments, C5 ZONE (according to UNI EN ISO 9223:2012).

INSTALLATION AND MANTEINANCE
Continuity: Continuous Rod Minimal can be installed continuously to create uniform light lines of the desired length. The angular acessories can create angles at 90° for single flat surfaces or for two perpendicular flat surfaces. The light source is delivered in a continuous length of max. 3m. The aluminium profile comes in lengths of 1m, 2m or 3m, alignable between themselves in a continous and linear manner. CONTINUOUS ROD MINIMAL SURFACE MOUNT: The extruded profile does not allow supply cables passing through inside. Hence, the corrugated tube for the supply must be installed at the beginning of the luminaire.
CONTINUOUS ROD COMFORT SURFACE MOUNT: is made up of a light source delivered with cable and of an extruded profile that allows the placement of the plastic through wiring duct (22mm x 10mm max.) and the passage of the cable inside. Moreover, the supply cable of the luminaire next to it may also be fitted. Hence, according to the location of the corrugated tube, up to 4 luminaires may be powered (the maximum length being 12m). Cutting off: The Rod can be shortened according to the pitch indicated on the back of each LED strip, which varies according to the light source. To guarantee the IP65 degree of protection, it is necessary to glue the silicone cap with acetic glue, both supplied.

This luminaire contains built-in LED modules. In case of damage or malfunction please contact the manufacturer to receive additional instructions on how to replace and relative spare parts to order. The LED modules cannot be handled in the luminaire by the end user.

LED modules are engineered accordingly to the existing regulations of Lumen Maintenance (LM80) and Technical Memorandum (TM21), where uniformity and quality of the light is 70,000 hours referred to L80 B10 Ta 25 ° C (50,000 hours referable to L80 B10 Ta 40°C).
